"ordered a third raw seats for 2014 Kia Sorento. first they deliver a different color, then after a week they send the right seats but come to find out they took the seat Buckles out of them where they are attached and part of the SET to begin with. I called them asking why the buckles are not attached to the Set, and their answer... its sold separately and they are charging extra (the price of the Buckle is as much as the price of seat). So they want to double up the price without letting you know. Not only you get the SET without the Buckles, then you have to buy the Buckles separately. all dismantles sells them in a SET, meaning the Buckles come with the seats already in which i have asked 3 dismantles already and they will not sell me the Buckles. why lie to the customer from the beginning and deceive them. LKQ has become worse by the years and untrustworthy."
