"I share the same disgust as libby . Vasile Sirnai came out to my home found the problem with my dishwasher, it needs another circuit board. He said he would order come back and install. That was Jan 23. I Called the insurance company who sent him, two weeks later to get an update they said they would have him call me and let me know when they would come back. No call no text no email ? One more week same same. Then I called him and he said he would call me right back with info on when it would be fixed. I asked him to text me too. No call no text.At this point I am thinking of court for Financial senor abuse. Unjust gains and rewards take advantage of a senor, he got paid when he showed up, plus the insurance company will or has also paid him.? Don't use."

"These guys are terrible. Contacted them through Samsung on a warranty repair for our induction range. First time they came by, they said the part would be in within 1-3 days. I called them 5 days later and they said the part was unavailable and that Samsung should send us a new stove. Called Samsung and they said that they were mistaken and that the part was available. A week later, we finally confirmed that they ordered the part. They were supposed to come today to install it -- 4 weeks after their initial visit. First they said they would be here 12-2, then 2-4, then 4-5. They never showed up and won't return my calls or texts. I took the day off from work -- and so now I still don't have a range and I lost out on a days worth of work. Pretty awful"

"WORST EVER!!!!! DO NOT USE!! Repeatedly lied to me over the phone. Came out on 1/9, said he needed to order a part and that it would come in a few days. He never called back and I couldn’t get a hold of him for days. When I finally got a hold of him he said I need a new stove, the part was unavailable. When I called Samsung, they verified the part was in stock. He did not place the order for a week after he diagnosed the problem. He promised to call back multiple times and never did. I verified my phone number and he said he called and left messages- complete lies. I finally tracked him down and he said he had the part ( almost 3 weeks later) and he would come install it today between 12-2pm. We rearranged our whole day so it could be fixed. He no- showed, no call. When I called him, he said I’ll be there between 4-5pm. He promised he would come. No showed again. No call, no answer on his phone. Total scam. Total waste of our day. Tell everyone you know never to ever use this company. Now we need to start over after not having a stove for about a month."
