"My wife and I, being pescatarian, continue our search for the perfect shrimp taco in any country we visit. We had the Gobernador tacos and upon first bite, I knew I would enjoy this journey of shrimp, cheese and cream with their special sauces folded into a perfectly grilled taco. My friend had the birria and had only shinning words of glee to report! The service was absolutely impeccable in friendliness and speed. Please also try the margaritas; the guava is special!"

"I took my wife and in-laws there just because we were nearby and we were all very confused. It was a good thing for sure, don't get me wrong but the initial experience was odd. It's odd, because everything about the place seems like it's a normal casual lunch/dinner spot. Nice atmosphere and the food prices are pretty reasonable. It's relatively small compared to most restaurants. But then when the food was brought out... the quality of the food and the presentation are leagues above what I would expect to see at any casual restaurant. It felt like I would have seen this at an upscale two or three star restaurant. I didn't take any pictures sadly (I'm extra enough to leave a review but not enough to take a picture of my food every time) but trust me, it was really impressive."

"I really enjoy the taco Tuesdays here. The crispy chicken taco is my fav. I also think they have the best molcajete I've tasted out here so far. The house salad with that mango dressing is so yummy. Also try the chili relleno That being said it is a little on the pricey side but, you can enjoy 2 tacos on taco tuesday with chips and salsa for under $10. They are also one of the only 3 places in Ventura county that offer cochinita pil bil, enjoy!"

"Atmosphere and service are excellent. We ordered the tacos del mar and Chile rellano burrito. The salsas are all good but the black one is the best! Ok so the enchilada sauce was amazing!! My shrimp tacos were big and so tasty! The rice was so authentic and the hand made tortillas were extraordinary! So glad we ventured out here for the the 4th of July! The salad was excellent with mango, corn, cranberries."

"Stopped by about 11am on Saturday, this place is located in The Collection shopping center in Oxnard, if you eat here your child eats free which is nice, the pricing wasn't anything more expensive than most places. I had the Quesadilla with steak which was cooked perfect and flavorful, we also ordered Birria tacos which were phenomenal as well. I ordered a house margarita too! I'm pleased all around with this place and customer service."
