"This Home Depot is the worst. For a chain of stores that routinely ignore their customers. This store is the worst that I’ve been to in the Sacramento area. I wasted time getting a carpet on sale and the lady called down to the pro desk. I dragged the carpet all the way to the the front of the store to check out. The lady didn’t care at all was totally rude to me at the pro desk and I threw the rug down and aisle and walked out. If you wanna be treated like you don’t belong there, go right ahead and shop at this Home Depot. I left the store so I wouldn’t disrupt her day any further."

"TERRIBLE INVENTORY SYSTEM. If you are like me and prefer to shop ahead through the app or the website to make sure the items you want are in stock, then definitely avoid this Home Depot. Two of the items that showed plenty of stock ended up being out of stock. If I would have known this, I would have gone to a different Home Depot. They offered to check stock at another Home Depot, but I can't go running all over the place due to their lacks inventory control!"
