I compared with Bonney at the same time, Luis arrieved 1st, Bonney tried to triple charge and replace entire HVAC, and unprofessionally put on invoice that I paid for that I made him wait and said motherboard and gas valve needed replacement. but with Luis , free diagnostic, he even came back to check again. We confirmed it was only a gas valve. even when he was busy, he sent out 2 professional young men who fixed my gas valve within 30 mins and heater is back on for winter season. Highly recommend!"
