"Yummy. Got the Munchiez Patty Melt, Macaroni & cheese, Hot Cheetos Street corn, & Deep fried oreos. The patty melt was delicious, crispy bread and good flavors (fries were cooked ok but very bland), Mac and Cheese was delicious, creamy & kinds spicy. Street corn was yummy, cooked well with mild flavors. Deep fried oreos we tasty bjt very sweet & heavy. It's located in a small little place with parking or stret parking."

"Loved this place during Covid. It was the only place open. I do rideshare and being there's not a lot of places open the hours they're open I recommended this place to countless people. This is even after the decline in quality and service started around 2022. After multiple incorrect orders I gave up going. Still since they are usually the only place open I give in and take a gamble. Three times in the last year they've gotten my order wrong. Lots of places screw up orders. Its the total lack of getting the order right on the peoples faces who work there now. Fourth and last time was last night. The way the manager handled it was inexcusable. Getting all the way home to Goleta after work and finding yet another mistake in the order was the last straw. Sad to see a great place go down hill. Even sadder to realize, if I want to be honest with the people I drive around that when they have to ask what there is to eat at this hour I, in good faith, will have to say Jack In The Box. I'm not staking my conscience on their poor service."

"Terrible service, terrible food. Man this place is lacking badly. Just wasted 20$ on microwaved loaded fries with grilled chicken. (I told them chicken tenders, they don’t speak English at all so they decided for me without telling me)"

"I came to this spot to dine with a friend because I had previously visited when it was still at the Showgrounds. I had fond memories of the delicious food, but this time, the experience was a complete letdown. The food quality was subpar, and the service was equally disappointing. To start with, my friend ordered BBQ Chicken Fries but ended up receiving Buffalo chicken instead. When he politely asked the cashier if he could get the dish he originally ordered, she responded with a firm "No, you asked for the buffalo," even though that wasn't the case. My friend, feeling hungry and not wanting to escalate the situation, decided not to argue further. It seemed like the cashier was determined to challenge his request. After tasting the food, we were left in disgust and didn't even finish our meals. If you're seeking a good place to eat, this is definitely not the right place to choose. It's a shame what this place has become from being cooked fresh to the food being microwaves. I don't think I will be visiting again and I'll be advising my friends from the area how bad the service has become and how the food is not flavorful anymore. For 22 dollars I was expecting more when opening the Tri Tip BBQ fries."

"The regret as I sat down at a sticky table. We waited and suddenly we heard a microwave beep. I dropped down to my knees. 13 dollars. I took a bite into the fries, cold, flavorless, and downright disrespectful to be called a fry. The chili cheese dogs was okay."
