"BAD EXPERIENCE! Do not go there! I waited more than 15 minutes and my drink was not even made. They were all confuse about my name when it’s so simple. Customer service there was really rude! I asked politely when will my drink be ready and they reply what Is your name and the two ladies said, “ OH, YOU HAVE ONE MORE PERSON AHEAD OF YOU..” I ask if I can just get a refund bc I had waited over 15 minutes and now I only have 5 minutes to get back to work. Got there at 7:05 am and had to get refunded by 7:25 am and left the place. The lady there ask me if I could wait she will do my drink for me right at the moment but then she couldn’t even find my name at this point and then she wanted my name again and my order:(((((( it was bad…"

"My first experience wasnt good to be honest. There was this employee who was so racist, definitely made me feel like I didnt something wrong. But this time, the employee in this photo (I dont want to post her face on the Internet, for privacy), she is so NICE! Friendly, approachable and welcoming. Since this Starbucks location is very close from where Im working at, I will be back for sure!"

"So my wife had a 35 hour labor across the street at kaiser. It was a long and crazy ordeal but we made it with our son. It was disappointing to get the wrong drink and bring her the wrong one thinking it was correct. The people in the shop were nice and I have nothing against them, in fact its almost certain it was my fault and I said the wrong thing and can't remember. But I'm pretty sure I didnt.... Anyways, when I'm in the area I will stick to the one on Douglas and hazel drive through"
