Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Went in for a quick bite to eat from a long tiring day of traveling to Santa Barbara, was greeted by a rude staff member who treated us with disrespect, rolled his eyes, and acted like everything we asked for was a big deal. We just had a simple order of a burrito bowl and barely anything added. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because at least the food was good. We joked after that his anger is what made the food taste better haha. I hope that guy has a better day tomorrow."

"I went in there in the middle of the day and they did not have chips, lettuce, carne asada, rice, bowls and barbacoa. What am I supposed to order when so many options are not available. Customer service is bad. Place is so dirty. Men's restroom smells like piss. Would not recommend ordering online because the portions are so different than if you go in person. The burritos are so small and they don't wrap them well. Worst chipotle I've been to."

"This location is gross. The men’s restroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It wreaked of urine, didn’t have paper towels, had urine on the floor, and had shoe prints on the floor like it had been wet at some point and dried on it’s own. My wife and I both got Barbacoa and both orders came with just a giant block of meat, rather than the pulled meat it should be. We had to tear it apart on our own. Definitely not returning."

"Big bowl portion, not as much meat, but still good fresh flavours evenly spread. There wasn't a line, so received quick service. Take-out and enjoy Shoreline park views."

"This place is pretty good. If you are not dining in I think the best way to go is to call in a mobile order. That way its ready when you arrive. There are usually lines so that should cut down any wait. I think the food is pretty good, I usually get a variety of meats with a bowl. The one thing I will say though is that they are pretty skimpy on the portion size of the meat. And if you ask for double meat, what you get for the price, is not worth it. I don't really come here that often any more because of this. If you were eating burrito or something you might not notice it as much, but when its a bowl, you totally do. Healthier food choice though."
