"Robbery, lies, outrageous fees, target the poor. Definitely part of the problem. They charge more than legally determined to be an exceptable rate per day. It's really sad these people live their lives feeding on the misfortunes of others. Service not listed because car theft isn't on the list of options or I would have checked it!!!!!"

"I called to see how soon a Truck could get to us. Unfortunately they were tied up. I told them I'd call back if I couldn't find anyone sooner. A little while later I get a phone call, it was the S&R driver. He wanted to know if we still needed a tow. I told them we found one but I really appreciate the call back. You don't really find service like that anymore. We really appreciated the call back."
