"Show up. litereally 7 employees talking. Doing nothing. No customers in the lobby. I stand at the register for 30 seconds and no one breaks conversation. Then finally when I'm being served I give my order and the lady already has an attitude with me. Not listening to my order and trying to be condescending."
"I just waited 10 minutes for this “barista” to make an order (before mine), with two uncomplicated beverages, and than she took some dip stick who just strolled and cut in front of me. I said "Excuse Me", and was completely ignored. I'm not ever a rude person, but she just touched my last nerve. I expressed that before I bailed. Because of this chick, I will not be going coming back to this particular Starbucks again. (Inside Safeway)... Nor will anyone I know. BET."
"This location Always gets my order correct and their service is fast and friendly. I usually go through drive thru and use my app. I get skinny lattes with a lot of substitutes and they’ve never had an issue preparing my crazy orders. They always do a great job recommending drinks and answering questions as well."
