"I came by here yesterday and spent money. Ordering a meal through drive through and I wanted a water cup and A. Refuse to give me one because they didn't have their little standard water cups. But per california state law, they are required to offer free water to patrons"

"Another disgusting meal. Waited 25 minutes in curbside pick-up line to get old cold fries, microwaved nuggets, and a fish sandwich with the sauce all over the bun. This is not the first time I have had horrible disgusting meals from here, but this time, it will be the last. Thanks for ruining my dinner once again. Let's see if Lynda from corporate refunds my money as I was promised. Way to fail consistently, McDonald's!"

"I come to this McDonalds a lot and today I decided to get a Mobile order which I have done before and have it picked up, but today they were saying they could not find my order then after 15 mins or so they said they found it and still messed up the order they did not give my nuggets the biggest were indeed on the receipt but I did not receive them with my order. Also after looking at my Big Mac I noticed my lettuce was brown."

"The breakfast is tasteless except for the hashbrown. The coffee is either too strong or too weak! The sausage Patty's taste like salt. The orange juice taste like pure sugar. Something else that taste like sugar The English muffins. The cinnamon rolls are so dense anyone could play sports with them. By the way the cinnamon rolls should taste like cinnamon not hard dense blocks. I ordered a big mac it took forever but it did. I got home and I know everyone has noticed the big Mac looks like a miniature of it's self but a higher price. What I was given was so overcooked and dried out I wouldn't have given it to an animal. I guess that's why they took so long. They were debating whether to serve me some overcooked dry meat instead of making a fresh sandwich. I will never purchase a meal at McDonald's ever again. They have these young Indian and Asian employees who don't care about good food or service. The wrong employees will destroy a busy. The oatmeal is so thick I could eat it with a fork.. the coffee is bitter even with cream. McDonald's has hired a certain ethnic group that doesn't take pride in their service. I'm sure they've noticed their sales going down at this location because of it. I went to McDonald's yesterday 12/39/23 and ordered the McDonald's. It tasted weird. It wasn't beef. It was a chewy texture and 6he taste was extremely foreign. McDonald's has already increased their prices ahead of the New Year pay increase which has made the drive thru a ghost town."

"The drive through was packed and I was the only person waiting at the counter. I heard them say they were waiting on nuggets as I watched them send nuggets out the drive through window and pull fresh nuggets out of the fryer several times. After patiently waiting more than 10 minutes I walked to my truck and was surprised to find dried out nuggets and a mcdouble that looked like it was from last week. Bad service and worse food.
