CALL PUBLIC HEALTH. AND THE WENDY'S CORPORATE OFFICE. AND DON'T eat there. They are located next to Costco, Stockton Blvd Sacramento CA"

"Sat in line at drive thru for almost 30 minutes. Was given my order by a very nice young lady who told me that she doesn’t believe my order was placed in the bag properly. She was correct. I wasn’t given straws for my drinks. One burger was unwrapped, apart, and COLD. The fries were cold, smashed, and discolored. Horrible food. I didn’t eat it and would like a refund of my $18"

"Very consistently good food. Always fresh. Always an excellent price. I can feed myself and one other person a breakfast very satisfying for less than $20. Who else, fast food joints can boast that!!!!!?"

"AWFUL DRIVE-THRU EXPERIENCE!!! I spent about half an hour sitting in a FAST-FOOD drive-thru, only behind 5 cars and then had the strangest experience at the window. The employees working the window (yes, there were two guys hanging out by the window. One of them liked sticking his head out the window to look down the row of waiting cars) gave me a bag with two orders of fries in it. I only ordered one, so I assumed the extra was for the long wait. Then, they gave me my receipt, and expected me to leave, but I was missing the rest of my meal (two sandwiches, nuggets, and a drink). After some confusion, and some unnecessary references to each other as the n-word, they figured out what needed to go in the bag (still forgot my barbeque sauce but whatever), but they still forgot to give me my drink. FINALLY I got the drink and left immediately because wow, I've never had a worse experience at a drive though and I hope to never experience anything like that again. The order was placed on Jan. 4, 2023 at about 7:30 pm in case you want to discipline and correct your workers behavior."
