"Went through drive through, and they told us to pull up to the third window. The third window was not correctly labeled, gave us our food, and the nuggets were missing from the bag. How hard is it to have that position and not get the orders correct. Have pried in what you do!"

"If I could give the service a negative number it would be -10. This location has proven to us to have the worst of the worst service. It seems like there is no management or control over staff. The terms quality and service do not exist in this location."

"The sodas at this location rarely taste good; Machine might need to be cleaned more often. Their specialty coffees (lattes, macchiato, etc.) at this location are terrible. I only order a regular hot coffee after dropping my daughter off at school. Restaurant is clean and the employees are prompt and kind."

"Bad customer service and uneducated people to deal with over here. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and they gave me Big Mac in my order . When I called to talk with the manager who was a Hispanic woman she came and refused to get my order right and was screaming on top of her voice. I drove off without my food and I couldn’t believe I had to leave without my order. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. I don’t know how they have uneducated mangers over there who don’t understand that my order was wrong. I guess that’s what she was trained for when got hired to rob customers of their money."

Not only this place but all Mc D's. I asked for no onion on my burger they simply pulled them out. After handing it to 2 people. Does this bigmac look edible? Or like the picture they advertise?"
