"The drink was good. However, when the sun started going down and I attempted to close the shade as staff wasn't doing it, I was snapped at by one of the employees. I was told not to touch it and informed it was broken due to the high school kids that come in. My group attempted to relocate to a different spot and found that again, the shade was broken. In all 4-5 widow shades! This is unfortunate unacceptable behavior of the high school kids and entrance should be restricted because they destroyed a companies property and, in turn, affected other customers. Shame on Starbucks for not repairing the damage it shows they don't care about their other customers. And it was out of line the way the employee treated a paying adult party! In addition, I've visited this location multiple times. The kids that come in are loud and run the atmosphere and never asked to quite down or asked to leave. Instead, the store just turns the music up, making everyone's stay unenjoyable. They never seem to have enough staff as you stand around waiting to be assisted for quite some time. I'm not quite sure who the manager is because everything when asked for they are never available."

"Worst white chocolate mocha. The people working there have the worst attitude. Was in the drive-thru when they had the 50% off cup displayed outside of the drive-up window. I asked about 1 cup and the cashier goes I'm sorry this is not 50% off and took it inside. Then I asked about the other one with the 50% off sign the same thing. She wouldn't sell them as advertised. I believe she bought the cups herself. Save time and money by going to the Bradshaw location. Drinks and employees are 100% better over there. The employees could be replaced with 1st graders and they can run it better."

"Service is great but it’s sad when a location can’t make a Starbucks signature drink right. White mocha is gross had them remake and still gross but to not hold up the drive through I took it and left. The saddest part is I PAID FOR IT. I don’t know about everyone else but I do t have money to waste on Starbucks. It is a treat for me that I don’t always get donuts really disappointing and upsetting."

"Saw an employee looking really upset today. She was crying. Not sure if she was having a panic attack but that’s what it looked like. Watched SEVERAL employees walk by her and do absolutely nothing! Finally one employee checked on her. The manager on the floor looked annoyed and not concerned at all!! This Starbucks has the WORST employees! Every time I have gone they have the worst attitudes. Will be going the extra mile to Bradshaw. Mental health matters!"
