"Last time I went there the cashier I interacted with didn’t know how to make the starbucks app work as just a rewards app, and was real pushy and rude about it, like it wasn’t possible for me to pay outside of the app which is simply not true. But whatever, maybe they just don’t have that capability here? This time though I went and ordered a blond roast latte and came away with a cup of blond roast with nothing in it. There was a rush at the time, which I think may have factored into the barista not admitting to having no idea what that was/asking a coworker what to do. Tl;dr, the staff here is woefully under-trained and very not cool under pressure, and I’ll probably be going elsewhere in the future."

"Literally never takes a giftcard. They finally took down the sign saying they didnt accept gift cards and still dont accept gift cards while a month already in the semester. If you have gift cards, dont bother. This location only cares about your cold hard cash"

"2/12/19 Service was horrible. Cashiers had no idea of what was in the menu and tried giving me a bagel still wrapped and didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted. However this wasn’t the worst part. The lady hading out the drinks at the end was incredibly rude. I had asked for my iced coffee to come with cream, I order this almost every day with no problem. I told the lady that I had asked for cream so she took out a carton and threw the cream into my full cup spilling it everywhere then smiled and walked away."

"We were in a group of about 20 people. We came in and the 4 people working took our orders, most of us ordered a drink, so about 17 drinks. We didn't wait longer than 7 mins. Fastest crew I've ever seen, didn't have a mistake on a drink. Had the cold brew with cold foam. Yummy."

"Excellent. It's fresh, it's strong, and piping hot. They're always super nice, and they work quickly. I've never waited more than 5 mins for a cup, from purchase to finish. . . .Just expensive, so I bring my own coffee now."
