"I asked for only a back, extra hot coffee and they messed up the order. They normally use a steam wand to heat it up to 180 degrees. The employees here are not trained well. This is just a hang out spot that over charges. $4 for a warm coffee compared to the $3.75 for a coffee plus a shot of expresso at the grumpy mule. I would not recommend this Starbucks for coffee."
