"Anita the manager is absolutely rude. I ordered a #7 meal with a small fry and a large soda she said she can't do that it cannonly be a medium or a large meal. I asked if they sold small meals and she said no. I asked if they has small sodas and small fries Anita said yes but then said they can't sell small meals I asked why they advertised on the sign to be able to pick small medium or large meals she got very rude with me. I have ordered the #7 meal with small fries and a large drink many time from Manu different McDonald's locations and never had and issue. Anita called herself a manager and them proceeded to be rud and condescending when I tried to find out why I couldn't just purchase a small meal for my son who can't eat a large or medium. I have worked fast food for years and never would I treat or talk to a customer the way she did. I wasn't even being rude I was guinely asking for a small meal. Anita clearly did not want to be at work and was taking her anger out on us customers. I feel hurt by her words and also I feel over charged. I will not be returning to this location. Anita needs replaced and not to treat people that way. It's a very bad look for the establishment to have a so called manager running around portraying the facility in such a negative way. She's not made for management put back as a team member so she has less authority to offend customers when she is as rude as she is for zero reason. It's unfortunate that I have to over pay for over sized food I didn't want and can't finish because she didn't want to do her job properly. Choose a different McDonald's of your Hungary Anita will over charge you and be extremely rude."

"Couldn't add a soda to my order at the 2nd drive thru window..so annoying. Why can't they take my money, it's the same building, same people, you would think they would want to make as much money as possible as well as ensuring the customer's experience is a positive one."
