"I was waiting for my car to be repaired, so I had plenty of time. Just sat there to enjoy a cup of coffee and study. But... the floor was full of pieces of paper, the music was so loud and the staff talked all the time. I had to leave quickly."

"My family and I just ordered in the drive through, and from the beginning the girl taking our order was extremely short and rude with us. And when we met her at the window it was even worse. She had absolutely no customer service and shouldn’t be working with people at the window. My brother asked if it was possible to get an iced water and she completely ignored us and didn’t respond. So we thought maybe she didn’t hear us & he asked again. She snapped very rudely and said “I heard you the first time.” As if we were supposed to know that? We were very nice to her and gave her the benefit of the doubt but nonetheless, that behavior should not be tolerated."

"I now go to a different Starbucks location and I'm always pleased with their service. Although they are not overly friendly inside the store, they are friendly enough. There is someone in the drive thru that is very friendly and I enjoy my interactions with her."
