"usually good service, the employees are mostly very kind however today i ordered a venti, paid for a venti, and got a grande. Usually it’s not an issue because i just reorder it but they told me i ordered a grande which i didn’t. Then after that my friend asked for a tray and the two workers at the counter LAUGHED at her??"
