"Thaya or whatever her name is needs a demotion or fired. Run this place like garbage. They have 6 people working and not one at the counter. Manager is standing around talking and others are at the drive thru area all bunched together. They skip drinks out of order. They let the drive through go 5 times over before anyone inside gets their drinks. Minimum 30 minute wait. Terrible service avoid this location."
"Very busy Starbucks, cleanliness needs work both in the dining area and especially in the bathrooms. The front patio with outdoor seating is nice, but there's quite a lot of non-patrons that come through also. Overall, it's a nice SB for working even though the music is turned up really loud. The AC is turned up high so on a hot summer day this is a refreshing place for a cool drink and a place to rest for awhile. Food though is just the packaged stuff reheated if needed. Very few parking spots."
"I have been coming here for years now and always left great reviews. However the last 4 or 5 times my very basic & simple order has been made incorrectly. I am not one to complain so I just drink it and go about my day(even though I’m highly disappointed and it tastes bleh) but I feel that they need a better/more experienced person in the drive thru. The order taker screws up everything because he/she cannot take the correct order."
