"They have a strange and annoying lighting situation going on in the drive-through. I go through in the early morning, when it is still dark, and the ordering display that shows my order and total is so bright that I can barely look at it. It blinds me and ruins my night vision. It is dangerous for drivers in the dark. It should not be that bright until the sun is up. And the menu sign, just beyond it, is not lit at all. It would be difficult to read in the dark, even without that spotlight shining in my eyes. And the thing has been that way for at least a week. They really need to fix it."

"Normally only post if it's exceptional or really bad. I have been coming to this store for like 6 years now and never had anything but great drinks and people working there. I came to the drive thru and was finishing up a phone call (nobody behind me) and took a minute or two to finish the call. And some overly flustered manchild came out and escalated the situation and said I cam either leave or re go around the drive through. I said I'll gladly leave and take my business elsewhere. Never had any issues ever here so I'm not sure if they got new hires or just having a bad day but that was insanely bad customer service. Who cares if im on the phone for a minute I could just as easily had been looking over the menu too. Insane."

"Abby was at the window and was speaking in the speaker, she was very disrespectful and had terrible customer services skills. She was questioning/ judging my coffee order, very rudely and had bad attitude. Will not be coming back to this location"

"I Had To Enter Starbucks Today As The Result Of Purchasing A Soft Drink At An Nearby Restaurant. The Soda Just Got Me A Little Sick, I Stopped In Asked For A Large Water & Ice The Gentleman At The Counter Was Gracious As All Usually Are. I Also Sat Down To Apply For My Student Loan & Fill Out Some Doctor Forms I Had No Problems At All The Team There Are Great"
