"They may have not meant any harm, but It's still kind of rude to hang up on others when you may have something else to say, or before a customer says thank you and goodbye. It's kinda unprofessional for business."

Regrettably, two Starbucks employees reacted by erupting into uncontrolled laughter. I trust that the corporate management will review this testimont and initiate the necessary measures in response."

They have done a great job with making it a great quality establishment that has great coffee and food. It’s fast, simple, and you get good food. This location is fairly convenient if you’re close to the Tiechert neighborhood and just off of Carlson. It’s clean, open, and people who work here are very nice and helpful. Come on over, you’ll get the coffee you want and the help you need with a smile."
