"My drink was supposed to be a Venti and they accidentally made it a Grande. The two young men working the window today at 3:30 pm were AMAZING!!! So kind. They remade the drink, no problem. I’ve been to others that make you feel 2 inches tall for saying a mistake was not made. I was a Supervisor for 9 years in Customer Service and these two young men were some of the best ever! This old lady says thank you for your kindness."
"If you have the Starbucks app you can order ahead. I got the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino no syrup double blended. Perfect for warm/hot days. The line went by super fast. Thank you for the most efficient staff who made my drink so delicious!! The protein box is also one of my favorite things to eat here. And for dessert the chocolate chip cookie - you can even have them warm it up for you! ❤️"
