"I just have to blast this store because I just delivered to them 250 pounds of ice and they had the nerve to tip two dollars on the order for a restaurant that has employees that work off of tips that’s really messed up and honestly I really hope that no one tips anyone in this store for a while. I honestly think this reflects on Starbucks as a corporation much more than it does anything else I literally had to lift all of those bags of ice onto a flat and then into my car and then out of my car and they had the nerve to tip two dollars that is the biggest joke ever good job Starbucks"

"A couple of us visited this Starbucks on Arden on a Friday around 2pm, after doing some shopping nearby. BIG MISTAKE. The place was largely empty. Music was blaring. We waited at the counter for a while but nobody could be bothered to wait on us. We ended up leaving. Starbucks WAITERS assume the fancy title of "Starbucks Barista", making them sound more important than the coffee servers they actually are... AT LEAST AT THIS STARBUCKS, where they don't even have the training or supervision to "wait"! AVOID! (I only leave 1 star reviews for establishments that truly EARN that dubious distinction.) ATTENTION "Starbucks (owner)": please don't waste our time by replying to this review with one of your form letter responses. We will not be back under any circumstances. I suggest you devote your resources to not going out of business."
