"This has been the slowest service ever, with only five cars ahead waiting over 35 minutes. Can't get out of line to many cars behind us. I don't know if short staff today. But say something to that. A little communication goes a long way. Car in front of was allowed to add more drinks to order at the window. I had to leave without drinks."
