"A girl whom is I guess in charge was so Rude and arrogant when telling me that the cheese sandwich are usually infront and if there wasn't any that meant they were all out I guess what I am trying to say the tone and way she said it was so confusing and rude HORRIBLE WILL never come back"

"OMG! IT’S FREEZING I went to work from there but it is was imposible resist the temperature inside, and I guess nobody couldn’t. Everyone was friendly and the coffee was good."

"I was excited to finally get the chestnut latte again this year. I ordered at the drive thru and as I was leaving, I noticed it didn’t taste right. I had to come back and tell the girl that it didn’t taste like chestnut & it was watery (meaning not enough flavor). Instead of being kind, the girl looked at my drink and told me my drink was watery because I let it sit out. My drink is now even more watery because I left the drive thru, pulled over to the goodwill across the way and then had to make my way back to Starbucks (which I didn’t want to do) to get it remade. Not good customer service on their part, trying to blame me. Im just a customer that wants their $9 drink to taste good. I won’t be returning."
