"I came to this location because a young lady at the Walmart location messed up my daughter ears but she also works at this location too and I just walked out and to my review is after I told her before she pierced her ears that the marker was not even and she said yes it is which I'm looking at her and telling no it's not she still pierced my daughter ears and then she told me well you can take it out and bring her back which I was throwing away money one Saturday I went back to Walmart and it was two young ladies working and I was telling them what happened with the coworker that did my daughter ears they had looked at her ear and told me that they can fix it their was so nice they made my daughter feel comfortable they were talking to her and before we all knew it it was over so thank you to the two young ladies at the Walmart location I will be doing review on them too"

"What the heck happened to this store? No customer service what so ever. Would had never known that the person sitting by the door on the phone even worked there. There was only a dry hi. I thought she was a customer until she went behind the counter. Then when they start closing for lunch and before 7pm. Will not be returning to this location."

"Literally the slowest place on earth. Entered the store and had to wait 10 minutes for staff to answer a question, only to be ignored, so staff could prioritize another family that entered after us. Another 15 minutes pass and staff hasn’t even began to pierce the ears of the kid before us. Go Claire’s Staff!!"

"Took my daughter there for her first ear piercing- one ear has an angled hole so a hoop earring doesn’t sit right. Went back for a second hole and a cartilage piercing and the cartilage piercing is all wrong. The employee had her ear buds in and was on the phone talking the whole time while dealing with multiple customers. Nice girl but distracted by her personal conversation."

"Staff was good, courteous, was asking if I can find everything ok or need anything. They have pretty good selection of everything you can find online. They are in a good location, so you can eat and have fun shopping at the same time."
