"Panera Capitol Mall in Sacramento-Wow! You really came through for me and did a great job! I was so busy this week, I ordered later than I should have, ordering 80 boxed lunches late Wednesday night for Friday lunch, and you made it! The lunches were great, the exact counts I requested, looked beautiful, and delivery was 30 minutes early! The website was easy to use, gave me great photos and ingredient details, and made it easy to choose options making my own combos, and see exact pricing. GREAT JOB!"

"Walked in for the first time at that location. I ordered the Cesar Salad and it was extremely delicious. Super refreshing! Atmosphere was warm, welcome and clean. The team manager, Justin walked me through the menu and was super friendly towards other customers as I observed waiting for my food. Great job! Definitely will come back with the whole family!"

"Great new addition to DOCO and Capitol Mall. Super friendly and helpful staff & management. Bright, clean spacious dining room despite minimal sq footage. In the lobby of the BMO Bank high rise at 5th. This is not a full service Panera- they do NOT offer the full menu of entrees or baked goods, and many of my favorite items are not on offer here. This one is clearly catered toward the corporate lunch crowd, for grab & go situations. The kiosk menu will not reflect this- entrees & ingredients are on offer that the kitchen doesn't have. I ordered a salad and customized ingredients at an upcharge, only to be told at hand off of my (then incorrectly prepared) order that these added toppings aren't even offered at this location- so ask first, or order & pay by cashier to be sure. Glad they're here now, but I'll still have to trek out to the Howe/Northrop location for my favorite salad, bagels, etc. Here's hoping they do expand that menu."

"justin and wren were super nice! we walked in to order to-go meals at 6:50pm, 10 mins before they closed, and they were super accommodating and friendly. the store is exceptionally clean and modern looking. we love this location because it’s close to many tourist attractions. food was prepared really well!"
