You can try your luck with Samsung Reps in the store, if they're around, with queries. "I had received a certificate to be spent at Best Buy. I didn't know that I had to spend it all. So I walked around and around looking for something that I could get to spend the whole amount. Long story short, security was called on me to "watch" me. Very rude. AND on my way out, after several people ahead of me walked out without even a glance, I was stopped and asked for my receipt. I showed it cause I had NOTHING to hide, I even asked if they'd like to check my bag or pat me down. Trust and believe I will NEVER go to that store again. Just because someone walks around a store looking is no reason to have security "watch" them. I was watched as if I were a criminal trying to steal something. NEVER AGAIN."
