"Placed an order through the app, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. They were busy when I got there, so they ignored me for awhile, then made my order after everyone else, 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. But my biggest complaint is that I paid extra for sliced avocado, and found out when I got home it wasn't in the sandwiches. Not worth the gas to go back for a refund. Very skimpy on the rest of the ingredients too."

"We ordered multiple sandwiches for 2 nearby events. We stopped in to order the night before each. Dominique helped us, and was a delight! So personable and helpful. She wasn't there for the first days pick up. There were a couple glitches for that pick up, the order wasn't ready, they weren't picking up the phone, then gave us a ball of napkins out of the dispenser, verses a stack we could sit next to the sandwiches and no forks to use in the vegetables we ordered on the side. BUT we still came in to order 3x the amount for the 2nd days order, and Dominique fixed all that for the 2nd day pick up. Perfect!! She made everything easy."
