"Officially the worst drink I’ve ever gotten from Dutch. The only thing saving this review is the girl Makayla (sorry if I butchered your name) who took my order was absolutely amazing! The girl at the window however should be more concerned with the drinks coming out then idling the line and cackling. I usually go super early in the morning and the crew is amazing and the drinks are beyond delicious. Im on my way to work super disappointed and I was in the line so long I didn’t have time to fix my drink nor with the the giddiness I probably wouldn’t have. I will never return to this location around this time ever again. The girl at the window looked at my drink and her reaction clearly gave the notion my drink wasn’t up to par but she turned to the side and handed it to me waiting for me to complain. NOT TODAY SATAN! What a waste of time and my money. Super disappointed."

"This location is always busy when I visit, but the staff moves it quickly. Dutch Bros have become my new go-to for a pick me up when I am out and about, and they always have something new and fun to try. The rewards program is great for a free drink, and the staff know the menu and are always friendly! Even when it's busy, they take the few extra moments to ask about your day, to ask if you have plans later, they make you feel like you matter, and that is really rare to get in customer service anymore!"
