"IN RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINT BELOW ! Anyone reading it should know and understand there are always 2 Sides to a story ! It is as simple as this... Our above customer had previously paid a Shop prior to us to complete a very poor and unsatisfactory job to his 1964 Continental. We had some extensive trouble correcting the prior shops workmanship to say the least. I also kept our above customer informed of the issues we encountered, as well as documented every step, along with taking many pictures, and he agreed to have us continue and complete what ever was needed to make it 100% and that's exactly what we did. We also never received another complaint regarding the Power Steering issue on this vehicle. Knowing the owner was in Active Military we provided a discount on the repairs and Thanked him for his Service to Our Country. I would like to Offer an Open and Sincere Apology to him ! as it was only our Intention to help repair his car, and that service was provided."
