As soon as I entered the office D.I. and his assistant (receptonist at the front counter) both, immediately, acknowledged my presence. D.I. was very friendly and approachable which made the visit very comfortable easing the apprehension that can come with car repairs. He was quick to look at my vehicle and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. The service was seamless and the customer service was outstanding and its due to excellent communication service skills provided by key employees like D.I. Store Manager.
