I didn't catch his name, but I really appreciate it."

"My friend had a battery she purchased last December from AutoZone. Her battery was dead, She put a battery charger on it for 24 hours but the battery didn't have a charge. We brought the battery into AutoZone and the store associate tested the battery and promptly replaced it honoring the warranty! Battery was put back in the car and we are now race ready again. Was treated like I was returning a fake or stolen item. I had the receipt from the other store. I ended up buying a dorman part on Amazon, was the purpose of the return. On top of the part I received didn't work. The guy treated me as if I was stealing or something..horrible service"
