The Home Depot

"I could seriously choose 0 starts, but I can't unfortunately. Where do I start? My husband and I went to this store to get some wood for renovation. My husband asked two men that were on their phones texting if they could get the wood because it was too high for my husband, and both of the employees were in the forklift. They were supposed to be there to provide the service. They told my husband to wait, so my husband did. 15 minutes oasse by and these two people continued in their phone, nothing happened. My husband then asked someone else for assistance. The next guy excused those two on their cellphones , and told him to wait again. In total my husband waste 40 minutes waiting for someone to assist him, and nobody did it. We know all Home Depots are not great in customer service, but this time they went overboard!"

"Saturday 10/28 Elizabeth and her coworker (young man, sorry I didn't catch his name) were exceptionally hospitable and knowledgeable while I was purchasing a fridge. (This was not my original purpose for coming in this day lol, but thank you to them both!) Truly appreciated their patience. Sunday 10/29 Theresa was so friendly and personable, that she radiates friendship. I felt like I had known her for years. She helped me to set up my rewards card. I left feeling joyful, thanks to her presence."

"Went to get some lumber and needed help waited for 10 mins then the guy comes and parks his forklift looks right at us then starts a conversation with someone else I call him to help us and he states well I have orders right now so I can help you later now he has a line of people waiting for 20 mins. My grandmother has bad knees and hips. Didn't think it would take this long to get some help himedepo should really hire more customer service. Luckily, we had a nice guy named Sam come to help us. If not, we would have been standing here for an hour."
