"Good afternoon. Today I ordered a Hot Caramel Mociato again... and again I received an iced coffee. It's cold and raining outside, I want to warm up. It was actually at 3 different Starbucks. The people who take the order simply do not listen to the client. I specifically say HOT! Useless. Then, they once again apologize for the mistake, make new hot coffee, with an expression on their faces that I am to blame for this. Very unpleasant. It is sad."

"This location is always clean and tidy, welcoming, and cutely decorated! The staff are always friendly and will definitely remember you if you visit often. The drinks are always so good and it's an nice little place for a date or hang out. You can order ahead and my drinks are always warm and waiting for me (today I even got cute little doodles on the lid)! Plenty of seating, tons of parking, Pokestops and Gyms, and tons of treats and food nearby. Always recommend!"

"Went to this location this morning at 6:55 am. Ordered an ice coffee and I now get it without ice because they always fill it with too much ice and cream! I’ve literally watched them pour half cream in my cup. Today they said per their new policy they don’t fill the cup up all the way, I measured it out and they didn’t even give me 2 cups of coffee! Will never go to Starbucks again! I rather support local coffee shops! Don’t know what’s with the barista who doesn’t even know measurements because it was hella cream vrs the coffee ratio, making it less than 2 cups! A hot venti is 2.5 cups in a 20oz venti cup. I know an ice cup is 24 oz to compensate for ice, but I got less than 2.5 cups so either way I’ve been ripped off on multiple occasions, especially all the times I ordered it with ice! I should really get a lawyer! whoever manages this Starbucks should contact me!"
