"Worst services ever!! I was there waiting for the longest time and the guys working at the moment didn't even bother to say "we will be right with you sr" also restrooms are very important!! Will.never come back to that location"

"I placed a Mobile order 15 minutes before arriving at the store. I arrived at Starbucks and found the only two employees chatting, I stood there alone, since I was the only customer. They noticed me, but ignored me until they finished their chat. I checked on the counter, there was no coffee ready, then they asked me “if I needed anything” I replied, order “yes, my mobile order!”"

"Great little Starbucks to get a drink or a bite to eat before or after traveling. Very clean, also has a drive-thru. No chairs but there’s a bar along the wall where you can stand at, relax, and have your beverage. No bathroom available for customers."

"I was unable to pick up my mobile order and called the store. Luz picked up and informed that they would save my order for whenever I could come and pick it up. When I showed up the lady at the front seemed like she didn't want to help me and stated that someone else had came in saying the same thing two hours before, she asked for my receipt (which I had and proceeded to make my drink) Luz came out and I had told her we had spoke on the phone about my order and she asked the staff if they had taken care of me already. She was super nice and is a great example of what excellent customer service is!! I will definitely make this my "home" Starbucks (:"
