Starbucks

"My neighborhood Starbucks. I Stop in here almost every day, I'd say on average 5 days a week. All the staff are really nice and haven't had any bad interactions in-store or in the drive-thru. I think they've messed up my order once or twice and it was immediately corrected. Plenty of seating inside if you want to sit and have your coffee or get some work done on a laptop. Nothing negative to say about this Starbucks."

"After ordering in the drive thru, barista Ilse started to say “I don’t like her at all” very clearly on her intercom. I pulled up to the window and asked for her to clarify and she stated “oh nothing”. Whether she was talking about me, my passengers in my car, or really anyone else, she is very unprofessional."

"Very spacious and clean. There is an option to order ahead via the Starbucks app and there is a drive thru."

"I asked for a medicine with no mint tea, double peach because the mint tea has caffeine. They put it in anyway. That means someone was not paying attention to my order. And I have a bad heart. If I didn't realize it from the begging I would be in big trouble medically. This sucks. I just now try to call and make the manager aware. But no one is answering the phone for a third time."

"I have given this location numerous chances , with this visit being the very last time. I ordered a shaken oat espresso with 1/4 oat milk and a pumpkin cold brew and as you can see from the pictures I received a venti cup full of oat milk . I then asked for a remake of the drink with a sprinkle of pumpkin powder on both drinks. My partner literally was choking on the excessive amount of pumpkin powder that was piled on top. We honestly feel as though the drinks we made like this on purpose . I will be sending these photos to corporate because it’s obvious the baristas at this location need more training."
