"Worst airport Starbucks ever. Morning wait times for mobile app orders take at least 30 minutes or more! The staff here are insanely inefficient at their jobs and need to be retrained. Hiring more people would help as well. Their answer to customers waiting forever? “We’re really sorry that the orders are taking forever…contact Starbucks for a refund.”"

"Two months later and this outlet still exhibits a staggering level of incompetence. There are two unsupervised twits working this morning who spend more time chatting about generals chicken that interacting with customers. There is no hope of getting any food items. They burned the metal plate in the oven. I gave up after 30 minutes, and three minutes after that walked out of the Pete's with a cup of coffee. Worst run location of a chain that's been phoning it for years. The manager clearly couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag."

"I used to wait forever for food here because there were only 2 people working. But today (10/3/2023) there were 7 people working and it was fast, pleasant workers! I was very happy so I am updating my review today. :)"

"A very inefficient store where the employees don't really give a rip. I received my scone 10 minutes after I got my drink...drink now cold. Many people served before me even though I ordered before them. If you have to get something, use mobile order. They seem to prioritize those above walk ups."

"HORRIBLE. I think the only reason this place got a 1.3 star rating is because there’s no option for 0 stars. There were 4 people in line before me, waited almost 20mins to order. Ordered two drinks and one iced water, was told that they couldn’t do iced water because they had to save their ice. Waited another 15-20 mins for my drinks and one of them was wrong so they had to remake it, I asked to just switch it to a pike so I could leave. The pike coffee was ROOM TEMP. They asked if I wanted to wait so they could brew another. No. I just wanted a refund and to leave, they were only able to refund me the price of a pike coffee because I didn’t keep my original receipt… thanks for waisting my time and basically stealing my money Starbucks!"
