"Con-artists! Came in on a Friday, th3 time to repair a nail in a tire was too long for me (not the reason for my review) the representative told me the tire was repairable so I set up an appointment on Monday. I came in for my appointment and after waiting for 1.5 hrs for a tire repair I was told they would not repair the tire due to "borderline tread depth" I explained the team member on Friday inspected the tire and said it was repairable . The lack of training is ridiculous. They wasted my time and tried to con me into buying all new tires. Took the car to another name brand shop and they repaired the tire with no issues! The tread was "not anywhere near borderline" according to the other name brand tire shop."

"Beware of this location of Firestone. I took vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. My final invoice showed they didn't even do the alignment. Then afterwards, the vehicle started leaking on my driveway. They are always messing with things other than what it is there for. I had this happen years ago and I quit going there. I had been a Firestone customer since the mid 80's. Thought I could maybe get them to be honest and just do the oil change, so tried them again and it happened again. Not leaking anything, took it there for oil change and afterwards it's leaking all over my driveway. Come to find out they did a complete vehicle inspection without my authorization. Told me I need tires when I have plenty of tread, plus one tire still has the knobby things on the side. Plus, the manager Pete was rude. He made rude comments as he walked from the counter to the shop, In front of myself, my grown daughter and another customer. Ridiculous! I will never be back with my 4 vehicles!!!! Les Schwab is much more professional!!!"

"I work in the Legal Services, I always Bring my 4 cars to this location because I know they do the job right in the first visit,They worked on my 4 vehicles in an excellent immaculate work. kyle is one of my fav employees to deal with, very pleasant young man, super knowledgeably, friendly and cooperative to all customer needs. He gets the the job NOT only done, he gets it done saturated with Ultimate Customer Satisfactions . Thank you Kyle. I will not forget to thank the experienced tall guy James and Patrick the super accurate technician for working on all of my 4 vehicles alignments, they do a job that does guarantee you will never come back to fix an error or mistake, it is done right the first time.
