"Strangest experience I've ever had with a business; I was referred to L&M by a couple of people. I simply wanted to bring in a Med duty vehicle to have the 2 speed rear end gone over and the brakes freshened up/bled and inspected. 3 weeks ago I walked in. There was no one there (so I thought). I walked all around the lot. I went back into the lobby and stood there. After 20 minutes I left. I called and got no answer. I drove there again a few days ago. I walked into the lobby and there was no one there! I waited. I then approached a homeless guy who was on the property. He walked into the lobby and spoke with someone through a dark window. The homeless guy said he hides from people. He said "he knows you're here" WHAT???! I waited and waited. No one ever came out! I got home and called again. I left a message. Never had my call returned. Wow!"
