When reaching out to the company, they worked with me to resolve my issues in a professional manner that worked for both sides. Would recommend"

"Good parts for cheap price, My husband had bough some calipers with a 1 year warranty and they were good for about 8 months then they went bad. Took them back in and the kind manager went ahead and took our old ones to the back and replaced them with new ones :) quick and simple no hassle."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!! THEY ARE A JOKE! We are missing parts from our order but they refuse to acknowledge that its missing even after we sent pictures of what we got. Now they dont return phone calls and block our calls. When you do get them on the phone, their clueless of knowing anything about our order and are very disrespectful! And some of our parts arent what we ordered from their site. Their very unprofessional!!"

"Order a carrier bareing March 8th of 2021. Received my conformation that day, and the money was also taken out of my bank account. March 16th I emailed them in regards to my bareing, no reply. The next day I called and they told me it was shipped out and they'd send me the tracking information. I never received anything. Another week came and still no bareing. I called them and left a voice mail stating I never received my tracking number or my bareing. They called me back the next day apologizing about how they have been moving shops and it's been holding them up. Finally March 23rd it was delivered. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the efficiency of their work standards. I wouldn't recommend buy a single thing from them if your a hurry for your car or honestly wanting your part semi soon. I am very disappointed."

"If it were not for a back ordered part from an order I placed in November 2020’ I would give them better ratings. Back order was for the air brackets on a mustang 11 a-arm air ride kit. I first found out about them on FB when I had placed the order. After trying and trying and trying to get the air brackets I give up. Want to point out I spoke with Chris shipping guy and nothing, spoke with Thomas owner and nothing and about 5-6weeks ago I spoke to another guy named Mark. He told me they would be receiving the air brackets and other stock items the week I spoke with him. Told me he’d get the brackets and would throw in the hardware for all the inconveniences. Boy I thought wow something is really gonna happen this time and I’ll finally get my parts. But nothing. Won’t even return my calls and/or text. To bad!!!! I’m currently in escrow with my new business venture startup building classics."
