"A favorite breakfast spot for many, it's a cozy diner style establishment with great service and food. This visit only warranted 3 stars on food as the biscuits and sausage gravy were not up to par. The biscuits were very dense, not fluffy, and the gravy was much too thick with flour."

"Nice Cafe. Very comfortable and friendly. We only had coffee, but I had a great conversation with 3 different tables. 2 tables lived really close to me in Long Island. We all went to Jolly Roger's amusement park back in the 60s and 70s. Very fun time."

"This little place has been here for a long time now and still has great staff and the food is excellent! They make you feel at home with home tasting meals that aren't out of the box ingredients. The cook knows what he is doing for sure. Go check it out. It's worth a try! Good job Sunshine Cafe, as always!"

"Clean, popular old style 'hole in the wall' cafe with great breakfast and lunch items with daily specials. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. The price for side items weren't on the menu so I was a little surprised when a side of bacon cost $7.50. But nowadays, everything seems expensive to me. I haven't been here in years but will definitely go back!"

"Food was hot and filling. Parking is a little rough as it's street parking. We got seating immediately, there was 5-7 minutes before the waitress arrive, no pleasantries initially, but food came fast and we were happy. Maybe it was just busy and she was on a task list. Still, overall, great experience. 3 meals, $60.. not bad for breakfast."
