"Couldn't even get pricing and/ or information because I'm not a licensed contractor, therefore you get thrown into the contractor diversion pool, when you go to the special site for unlicensensed non contractors and so I feel that if they don't want the general public's money, they should just state that and not have reviews stating what seems to be an everyday basic "Joe", thanking them so much for everything. Kind of misleading."

I swear there's usually like 10 guys working in there and more often than not, with or without other techs in line, they take 10+ minutes to actually help you. Or would seem they are always busy with moving stuff or working in the back. Business 101 guys, always have someone manning the front."
