"Bought parts for my vehicle which obviously were NOT compatible. Several red flags once I googled this company doing the same thing to many people. There were no instructions for installation, poor English on Amazon return label (at my expense) and no communication from the company when identifying they sent the wrong parts. The return process paperwork suggests they expect a high # of incorrect parts to be shipped and they take the chance people won't return due to return shipping cost. Beware."

"This seller also goes by the name Champs Club or champs_club on ebay. Horrible experience with these people. I purchased a pair of steps for my truck and they sent me a mixed up kit with one step for something else. When contacted they refused to resolve the issue or admit to any responsibility. Basically they ripped me off and stole my money. Apparently from reviews here, they have been doing this a lot and getting away with it. Ebay would not offer any help to resolve either. I couldn’t even leave negative feedback because they said I waited too long??? Contacted PayPal and opened a claim, also useless, they allowed me to return the whole kit and only at my expense. That was equal to the original cost of the stuff. The quality of the steps "Nerf Bars" was also horrible, garbage. Pre-punched mounting holes were not even finished on the brackets, no instructions, no parts list. Wasted hours and days trying to understand what was wrong. One step actually fit, the other looked the same but had the holes drilled in the wrong spots. Do yourself a favor, buy from Amazon and avoid these rip off artists on ebay but beware they also sell on Amazon. Best not to use PayPal either, worthless in terms of buyer protection."
