"If I could I would give this place a 0 stars horrible customer service I was waiting if front for 15 minutes waiting to buy my cleaning supplies for my car went to the guy in the back he had phone call after phone call he said he would help me to just give him little a bit so he can catch up he was the commercial manager after he helped me turns out the store manager and the assistant store manager were in this little section sitting down talking to each other not doing anything didn’t even bother to check if their was a customer in the front this place had great customer service before they changed mangers it’s sad that the guy in the back has to take all the calls and help the front for lazy and unsupportive employees will not be coming back and will tell everyone I know in upland not to buy from this location I used to go to autozone customer service was horrible and switched to advance auto because they had great customer service but now it’s so horrible that they make autozone customer service seem like the best"

"I was a long time customer with the Carquest down the street and was heartbroken that they were closing it but at least some of the best guys in the industry Kyle and Tony were going to this new location. Well it didn't last, the management managed to chase off Kyle the smartest young man I have ever talked cars with and replaced him with the most unhelpful and ignorant employees that I have ever seen I swear these people only know how to scan a bar code. I truly had high hopes for this store as I have seen the level of effort each of the Carquest crew would give for every customer but from now on it seems like Napa is the only place where you can actually find knowledgeable people."
