"I don’t know how you are still in business. The coffee tastes burned, the food looks and tastes like it’s been sitting out for 3 days, and you don’t let people try your other roasts. You only brew 3 different kinds. That’s a huge mistake from a business perspective. Why can’t you brew and showcase blends you are selling and let people decide what they buy? I used to come here to study and got drinks but I can’t deal with burned coffee. It’s a very basic thing you can’t seem to know how to do."
