"Bought an alternator online at Napa website had it for couple months then it failed, there’s a lifetime warranty on it. I went into this store to get a replacement or refund, older lady turned me away said there’s nothing they can do there wrote down a phone number and told me to call it. So I went to another Napa store right after that and the gentleman there helped me out right away and gave us a full refund, because they didn’t have anymore in stock. Will not be going back to this store."

"DO NOT BE IN A HURRY TO FINISH working on your car near closing time! I called like 10 or so min before closing as I was in route to the store to grab a part real quick... the woman answered the phone saying "please hold" before I could say anything.... I go to the store before they close and the door was locked and I was still on hold! I love NAPA but near closing time... zTHEY SUCK!!"

"Honestly the best, most friendly NAPA I've been to. I was looking for special batteries and even though they are 40 miles from where I live they got 2 of them the same day. 130lb batteries are no joke to lift and the guys there put them in my car for me and pulled the cores out when I returned them. Great NAPA worth the drive."
