They also worked hard to help me when their website had development issues and I couldn't get my order processed. They care about providing high quality parts and services for your Miata."

"Purchased some Lug nuts that didn't quite fit my truck. Total purchase price was $107.50. Returned all but one lug nut (that I used), which should have been about $4-5 off. Got a refund of only $83. If you look at their website their refund policy page goes to a blank page (it did during the duration of my purchase and return, anyway), so I did not know they would withhold almost $25 as return fees on what I purchased, otherwise I would not have bought anything from them at all. I contacted Ed, apparently the owner, and he made it very clear that it doesn't matter whether or not his website was working/accurate, that I should expect no further refund. Shady business if you ask me, as I returned perfectly brand new items that were ready for resale in their original, undamaged packaging. They definitely should not have withheld the 10%, and as a measure of good faith to keep customers happy, they could have easily refunded the shipping as well. Instead, I'm out $20 in shipping now, + 10% of my purchase. Spent $30 for nothing. Ridiculous! By the way, based on his responses to other reviews here on the Googles, I'm guessing Ed will come write a rebuttal to this that says I was in the wrong, not him. It is his right to defend himself, but if he does respond with anything but an apology to me, this alone should make you weary of this business and it's practices. Go check out the Yelp reviews for this business to see their much closer to accurate 2.5 star rating."
