"Customer service is definitely not a strong point at Underland Offroad. Getting a response from anyone on their team is next to impossible. Forget about calling them, they never picked up the phone or returned any voicemails. Wyatt lists his direct email address in one of their older Google reviews, but did not respond to any of my inquiries. After two weeks waiting for my order to ship out, the "GFC Molle Panel" is of good quality. Wyatt only responded to my inquiries after receiving a chargeback from my credit card company. Wyatt claims that his daughter was having medical issues, and thus his customer service declined. Wyatt also said he should have put a disclaimer on his site that orders would be delayed and that he should have paused his Black Friday sale since he will continue to miss more time. At this time, no such disclaimer is posted as he continues to accept orders that he well knows will not be completed. If the product you are searching for is offered by another retailer, absolutely choose a different company to do business with."

"I reached out to the team at Underland to help with a set of custom King Race Series 3.5” bypass shocks and they were outstanding. King has a 9-10 month lead time on their race shocks and Underland was excellent in communicating updates and order status. There was an issue with the spec on the shocks on delivery (this WAS NOT Underlands fault, the shocks were ordered by me with the wrong spec). They immediately jumped in to help me with getting the issue resolved with the correct parts to make it right. Underland could have looked the other way since the shocks were delivered as ordered, but they didn’t. They were obsessed with making sure I was happy and I had the right components for my build. Integrity is important and Wyatt and the team at Underland Offroad have it down."

He was a great guide on everything I needed, was very responsive and once I dropped off my truck it was completed within a day. He also got the truck aligned afterward and it drives great.
